Summer Training Institute Survey

You are being asked to complete this survey because you participated in the instructor professional development activities hosted by Weld-Ed and its regional centers. The intent is to follow up with you and to learn how skills and knowledge acquired during the summer training institute are being applied in the classroom.   Please assist the Joint Center for Policy Research by completing this form in which you will reflect on your skills and knowledge application this Fall.  The National Center for Welding will use this information to improve welding training.   All of your answers will be completely confidential.  No one will know how any one individual responds to this survey.  Only aggregate information will be reported.
