Shipping Information for Online Orders
Orders placed online that are shipped within the continental United States, will be sent via FedEx Ground.

Shipping charges are a flat rate of $10.00 per shipment.
Orders placed before the semester starts will be held until the order is complete or three business days before classes start. 
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

If you require RUSH shipping, please indicate the service (Next Day Air or Second Day Air) in the "Notes to Send with Order" field of your order.

Shipping outside the continental United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
The above shipping charges are for the continental United States ONLY. Your order will ship via the United States Post Office. International shipping rates will vary upon destination. For specific shipping prices, please e-mail weld-ed@lorainccc.edu

Returns for Online Orders

For refunds on online orders, please send your original packing slip and/or receipt.  All shipping charges are non-refundable
